Our goal at Norman Thomas Elementary is to become an Exemplary Blue Ribbon Campus.  Norman Thomas Elementary is a recognized school campus in Duval County.  School population is over with 455 students in grades Pre-Kinder through 5^th grade. The school motto is “Bucking for Success, All students can learn”. At Norman Thomas Elementary you will find that we are one of the top Elementary school in the state.
